The CSM will manage all aspects of the post sales relationship, ensuring that customers realize business value through the onboarding and adoption of Cloud DDoS services. In addition to ensuring customer health, contact with customers running scheduled service reviews. As a CSM you are responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts. You need to build a strong relationship with your customers and ensure that Cloud DDoS as a business is regularly engaged with the customer.
Engagement framework:
- Once handed over, you will deliver an introduction meeting with the customer and internal stakeholders to determine onboarding milestones and high-level plan.

Your Career:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Network Engineer at SecurityDam, you will be part of a team supporting our global data center and cloud services infrastructure. You will be a key contributor in the daily network operations and will be an escalation resource for the experts customer support team in support of our cloud services customers. Our cloud services, The size and complexity of the data we are dealing with are in line with some of the largest Internet companies.
Your Impact:
Optimize reliability, performance, supportability, and security of our production infrastructure.
Work closely with our development teams to implement private/public cloud environments.
Develop capacity plans for new and existing infrastructure.
